The pickaxe is made of Cor-Ten steel, which is almost pure carbon steel, but treated,
to create a protective layer on its surface to withstand the weather. The surface layer is initially reddish brown.
(rust-like tint), becoming darker over time. When used correctly, Cor-Ten steel is expressive,
long-lasting and maintenance-free, and stands the test of time in a unique way.
“Chiaro” as a name means “clear” or “light”. Let the light come into your garden and turn dark evenings into cosy get-togethers!
